Privacy in the CleanersBridge Product

This Privacy Policy applies to the CleanersBridge marketing website only. If you become a user of the CleanersBridge software through the pilot programme, a separate privacy policy will apply to your use of that product.

The CleanersBridge product is designed with privacy in mind:

  • Location is read only at clock-in, clock-out and lone-worker check-ins; workers are never tracked in the background.
  • Meeting minutes turn into draft action items that a manager approves; assignee suggestions come with a plain-English explanation. Personal details are removed before anything goes to the AI, spending is capped, and AI can be switched off.

Children's Privacy

The Website is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country.
